I get that starting your path to a better, mentally stronger you can seem overwhelming.... and expensive! So, that is why I have collected some of my own and other really effective courses for you. Although they cannot replace the insightfulness of working with your therapist, they can be a wonderful beginning to your own development to become a Well Being. From learning how to manage your anxiety and stress levels to digging in deeper with CBT and emotional resilience, there is a course for you to manage your well being in a healthier and happier way.
Once you have chosen your course and begun you will receive a link to meet online so you can have a chance to talk and ask questions with me and your fellow "Well Beingers" who are doing that course.
Talking about what you are learning and discovering, is a great way to enhance your learning and fine tune those new skills and strategies.
